摘要
针对“十五”计划提出的采取灵活多样就业形式,本文分析了中国就业制度及其形式演变中的妇女就业状态,考察了西方发达国家多种就业形式给妇女利益带来的正负面影响,作者指出,我国在用灵活多样就业形式破解就业难题时,应确立必要的性别意识,应特别注意对妇女的影响。立足于女性视角,作者提出了在实践中应解决的问题。
Taking into consideration the need t o adopt varied forms of employment as pointed out in the Tenth Five-Year Plan,this article a nalyzes China’s employment system and women’s employment sit-uation in the evolution of the employ ment system’s forms,as well as the positive and negative effects of the many forms of employment of the we stern developed countries on women’s interests.The author points out that,while using varied f orms of employment to resolve the emp loyment problem,China should establish the necessary gend er consciousness and pay special attention to their influence on women.With women in mind,the author puts forth the problems that cry out f or solution in the course of practice.
