21例后颅窝血管网状细胞瘤分析

Hemangioblastoma of Posterior Cranial Fossa——A Report of 21 cases

报道21例后颅窝血管网状细胞瘤,并将其分为实质性肿瘤及囊性肿瘤两大类,分析两类肿瘤的切除率及死亡率。对复发性单纯性囊性肿瘤,提倡脑血管造影。近年来开展的脑血管造影电影技术,提高了对小脑血管网状细胞瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断,术前估计及手术效果。

21 cases of hemangioblastoma in posterior cranial fossa were reported. The cases were divided into two categories-cystic and solid tumors, the excision rate and mortality were analysed. We found that VAG was useful in discovering recurrence of simple cystic hemangioblastoma. In recent years, the use of cineangiogram has improved the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, preoperation evaluation and operative result of cerebellum hemangioblastoma.
