68例颅内肿瘤血清微量元素锌、铜、铁、镁测定结果

Results of Serum Trace Element Determination in 68 Intranial Tumor Cases

采用原子吸收分光光度计测定68例颅内肿瘤血清微量元素锌、铜、铁、镁。结果提示血清锌值明显升高,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.001)。铜、铁、镁值变化殊微,无统计学意义。而铜/锌比值明显下降(P<0.002)。初步探讨脑瘤病人血锌值升高的可能机理。

Serum trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg) were determined with AA-640 atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 68 cases of intracranial tumors with 20 individuals as control. Zn level was shown to be significantly higher in patients than in controls, whereas the levels of Cu, Fe, Mg were nearly normal. However, the Cu/Zn ratio was significantly lower.
