On Administrative Statutes under the Administrative Regulations

非法源性行政规范文件是国家行政机关依法行使职权 ,从事管理活动过程中不可或缺的规章与制度。目前我国法学界就非法源性行政规范文件撰文甚缺 ,故 ,拟就非法源性行政规范文件的特征、作用。

Administrative statutes under the administrative regulations are the indispensable rules for administrative bodies to exercise their authority and administrative power.This paper tries to briefly probe into the feature and funcitions of administrative statutes under administrative regulations,some defects present in it,and also to put forward some advice on how to standardized it.
