摘要
经营者报酬与业绩相吻合是市场经济激励制度的内在要求。我国国有企业经营者的报酬与业绩之间的相关性则极小 ,报酬与业绩严重偏离 ,这主要表现在激励力度偏小、缺乏制度化的激励保障、股权激励作用微弱等方面 ,这是国有企业经营效率低下的重要原因。因此 ,建立健全经营者报酬与业绩相吻合的激励制度是改革中亟待解决的问题。
Enterprise managers' reward is required to tally with their contribution in market economy.However,this relativity in Chinese SOEs is very weak.The managers' reward deviates generally from their contributio n.The deviation mainly due to low incentive momentum,insufficient systematized incentive guarantee,and imperfect steck-ownership incentive mechanism,is an im portant cause of in efficiency in SOEs.Those problems need be urgently solved by establishing and perfecting incentive institutions on managers' reward tallying with their contribution.
