Jiang Zemin's Strategy Thought of Science and Technology

科技价值观、科技创新观、科技人才观是江泽民科技战略思想的三个组成部分。本文通过研读江泽民的《论科学技术》一书 ,从话语背景、表达内容和具体方法等层面对上述思想进行了系统梳理 ,从而确证出江泽民的科技战略思想不仅是对邓小平科技战略思想的新发展 ,而且作为治国方略的一部分 。

The view of the value of science and technology, the view of innovation of science and technology, and the view of the talent of science and technology are three parts of Jiang Zemin's strategy thought of science and technology. Reading Jiang's On Science and Technology, systemically carding the views from discourse background, express contents and concrete method, the article shows that Jinag's thoughts of science and technology is both development of Deng Xiaoping's theory, and as a part of strategy of managing state affairs.
