摘要
作者报道28例脑干出血患者,男17例,女11例,均经CT扫描证实。保守治疗19例,脑室引流术7例,开颅术及立体定向术清除血肿各2例。总病死率43%。就其治疗方法及预后因素进行了统计学分析。
28 cases of brain stem hemorrhage,17 males and 11 females,were reported,All were confirmed by CT scan ning.Conservative treatment was given in 19cases,intraventricular drainage in 7 cases,craniotomyand stereotactic evacuation of hematoma in 2 casesrespectively.The total mortality rate was 43%.Thetherapeutic methods and prognostic factors of brainstem hemorrhage were analyzed statistically.
