Reflection to the Construction and Development of Optoelectron Industry Base in China

本文在对“武汉·中国光谷”的发展背景作了简要回顾的基础上 ,为建设“武汉·中国光谷”提出了建立工程技术研究院和虚拟工程研究院等几点建议。

Based on a brief review of the development background of China Optical Valley,this thesis raises that,to construct the optical valley well,it is essential to build up the Engineering & Technology Institute and Virtual Engineering Institute.Several other suggestions on the construction of the optical valley have also been put formard.
