环氧酶抑制剂消炎痛对严重脑外伤治疗作用的研究进展

摘要
严重脑外伤后可引起全身及颅内一系列病理生理和生物化学的紊乱,伤后颅内压(ICP)增高是脑外伤急性期治疗的一个关键环节,而控制这类ICP增高,有时甘露醇等脱水剂难以奏效。过度换气。
