How to Manage the Labor Force of Prosecution Services Systematically

依法科学分类管理检察官队伍 ,是检察机关近年来提出的一项重大改革措施 ,是建立面向二十一世纪有中国特色检察制度的重要组成部分。为了加快和推进这一改革进程 ,必须就现行检察人员管理体制及其弊端、检察人员实行分类管理的指导思想及其原则 ,以及如何对检察人员进行分类管理进行研究和探讨。

Systematically managing the labor force of the prosecutors ,scientifically and according to law is one of the great innovations brought forward by the prosecution services. It is an important composing part of the prosecution system with chinese characteristics facing the 21th century ,which is proposed to set up .In order to speed up and advance this innovation ,this article gives some research and analysis on the present model of prosecution labor force managing with its malpractice and principles to enforce the systematical management of prosecution labor force and how to complete the implementation of the systematic management .
