摘要
检察官制度改革 ,应把精英化作为方向 ,努力使检察官队伍成为高素质人才聚集的职业群体。改革必须从法律、体制、机制多方面着手。
The orientation of the reform of the procurator's system should be elitism. The reform should focus on making the procuratorate become a galaxy of talent. We should reform laws ,system, mechanism and so on.
