企业团组织要在企业改革整顿中站稳脚跟,发挥作用,必须思想“松绑”,实现工作重心向经济工作型、宣传教育向时效型,团干能力向复合型,活动方式和内容向开放效益型的根本性转变。还要密切联系企业实际,营造改革整顿的稳定环境,为青年成才搭建舞台,关心解决青年的转岗下岗问题,推动企业文化建设,构建企业共青团工作的组织管理、活动创新机制,逐步形成自己的事业积累。

To bring its role into full play in the reform and rectification of enterprises,the CYL organizatiion must emancipate its minds and change its concepts.At the same time,it also should,according to the enterprise's conditions,create a favorable environment for the reform and development of the enterprise,provide necessary conditions for young workers to become skilled and talented,solve the problems of young laid- off workers, promote the cultural building of the enterprise, and establish the innovative mechanisms of CYL's work in terms of organization,management and activity.
