企业共青团工作面对着空间大、人员少、任务多、时间少、职能多、手段少等新背景特点,促使企业团建模式进行新的尝试。这种尝试应把活动与管理相结合作为中心内容,以党建带团建,深化推优和推优育苗工程;深化主题活动、创新创效活动与青年人才库工作;推行企业团干挂职锻炼制,拓展团建工作面,以社团组织建设为支点,延伸工作覆盖面。

At present time ,the new characteristics and tendencies facing the League's work in the enterprise call for a new attempt to form the League building model in the enterprise.This attempt,centred on the combination of activities and management,includes the following points:promoting the League building by the Party building;deepening the theme activity,the activity of “ working for more and better results through innovation” and the work of the talent bank of youth;practising the system of “ tempering League cadres at the forefront of production with their post retained” ,etc.
