The League Organization's Participation in Young Personnel Development in the Enterprise

我国进入WTO后,企业面临的人才短缺、就业压力、市场竞争残酷问题,使青年人力资源开发成为企业共青团工作的老问题新课题。团组织要成功参与青年人力资源的开发,首要前提是必须切实了解企业人力资源状况及基本特征;明确能够发挥何种作用,确定工作的基本思路;注意定位问题,走过场问题与长期坚持问题。

After China's accession to the WTO,the issues such as a shortage of trained personnel,employment pressure and fierce competition for markets will make young personnel development a new and important task of the League organization in the enterprise.To participate in the young personnel development successfully,it is important for the League organization to understand the whole situation and basic features of human resources in the enterprise,be clear about its role so as to set its work concepts and pay special attention to the problems of orientation,perfunctoriness and long- term persistence.
