关于青工技能学习的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Young Workers'Skill Learning

技校生,职高生、普通初中高中生构成企业青年技术工人的三种类型,他们之间存在初中级工、可以上岗操作,培训后才能上岗的技能差距,均须培训学习提高。但不同的价值取向,个人、社会价值体现和机制的欠缺,枯燥单调的培训方式,均影响了青工技能学习的热情。我们须在强化学习意识,营造良好育人环境,处理好社会导向与企业、劳动者三者关系方面,激发青工技能学习的热情。

The students of technical schools,vocational and regular middle schools form the three types of young skilled workers in the enterprise.To improve their working skills calls for providing more opportunities for them to learn skills.Therefore,we must enhance their learning consciousness,create a favorable environment for educating people,correctly handle the relations of social orientation to the enterprise and workers in a bid to stimulate young workers'enthusiasm for skill learning.
