摘要
秘密监听在我国立法上几乎是空白,理论上鲜有研究。作者考察了西方国家秘密监听存在的三种模式,分析了我国秘密监听立法和司法实践的状况,提出了我国未来秘密监听立法应注意的几个问题。
The secret monitor procedure is nearly blank in the Chinese legislation and few people study it. The writer investigates three styles in the west counties and analyses Chinese secret monitor condition of legislation and judicial practice and raises several problems we should pay attention to about legislation of secret monitor in the future.
