On Humane Education of Public Security Academy

人文教育在提高学生自身修养等方面有着不可替代的作用。21世纪的警察要完成新时期赋予自己的光荣使命,除了要具备优秀的业务技能外,必须重塑人文精神,实现人格在更高层次上的完善。公安工作有其特殊性,因此,公安院校在对学生进行人文素质教育时,尤其要注重对其民主、爱心、正气及勇敢精神的培养,提高其审美能力,从而为社会造就合格的人才。

Humane education plays an important role in promoting students?self-accomplishment. In order to complete their mission of the new era, in addition to perfect vocational techniques, police in 21st century must rebuild humane spirit; make their personality more consummate. Public security work has its special nature of specialty. Therefore, as the public security colleges give their students humane quality education, they should try hard to develop their democracy, love, healthy trends and brave spirit. They should also improve their aesthetic judgment so as to train qualified personnel for the society.
