立足新教材,深化高等教育成人英语教学改革——兼评新编全国成人高校统一《英语》系列教材

Based on the New Textbooks Deepening the Adult English Teaching in Higher Education

面向二十一世纪的高等教育的成人英语教学是深化教学改革,全面推进素质教育的一个重要组成部分。面对新世纪的挑战,更新教育观念,采用新的教学手段以提高高等教育成人英语教学质量,势在必行。应在把握新编全国成人高校统一教材《英语》主教材及其多媒体教学与辅导光盘特点和意义的基础上,从四个方面深化高等教育成人英语教学改革:重视以文化教育为主的“素质教育”;着重学用结合,培养学生的语言交际能力;充分利用多媒体课件进行教学;充分发挥新编《英语》主教材多媒体课件的优势,努力弥补其不足。

The adult English teaching of higher education in the 21st century is an important component in performing teaching reform and advancing all-round education. Faced with the challenge of the new century, it is bound to renew educa-tional ideas, use up-dated teaching means to improve the adult English teaching of higher education.Based on the newly compiled nation-wide unified textbooks 'English' and their corresponding multi-media disks for teaching and coaching, the present paper discusses how to deepen the reform of the adult English teaching of higher education.
