摘要
“法律职业人才一体化”培养,有利于向依法治国、建立法制国家迈进。因此,我们应当建立统一的国家法律职业人才资格考试和统一的法律职业实务制度,规范法律职业人才的继续教育制度,建立法律职业人才之间的职业交流制度。
The training of legal professional personnels' unification has been caning out in order to construct a countury ruling by law. The author's conceptions are:(1) to set up a practicable system of legal profession and to determine a general, countury-wide qualifocation test of legal professional personnels; (2) to standardize a lifelong education system of legal profes-sional personnels; (3)to provide a system of legal professional personnels' internal floating and communication.
