摘要
Hardy-Weinberg平衡是群体遗传学的基本规律。当在等位基因数较多作该平衡的吻合度检验时,特别是HLA分型分析中常遇到理论频数较小的情况下,本文作者设计了一种确切概率计算法,确切地处理了该问题。
Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium is a basic principle in population genetics. in doing the test for goodness of fit of the equilibrim there are sometimes situations, particularly in HLA analysis, in which there are multiple alleles and the theoretical frequency for each term could be only a very small number. Reported in this paper is a method to calculate the exact probability for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test with small samples.
