从含油污泥中回收油技术的研究

Research of oil recovery techniques from oily sludge

研究从某炼厂含油污泥中回收油的问题，分析结果表明：此种油污泥含油率46.7％、含水率51.2％、含砂率1.7％。实验中分别研究了离心法、热滤法的回收油效果。最终以热滤法实现了油回收率95％、脱水率99%。确定了以热滤法作为该含油污泥回收油的方法。

This paper presents the research of oil recovery techniques from a kind of the sludge in a refinery factory.The test shows that the sludge contains 46.7% oil,51.2％ water,and l.7% sand.The efficiency of centrifuging,de-emulsifying by chemicals and heat-filtrating method are investigated respectively in experiment.As a result of the study,heat-filtrating method provides good oil recovery of up to 95%,dewater rate of 99％ so it is recommended as the method for oil recovery from oily sludge.
