在实际调整和测试ＺＺＴ２型中餐燃气炒菜灶的基础上对该灶鼓风旋流式燃烧器的结构特点及燃烧性能进行了研究．通过实测和分析，表明鼓风旋流式燃烧器具有火焰集中、热效率较高和烟气中ＣＯ含量少等优点，是一种理想的中餐灶燃烧器，具有较好的推广价值．

This paper studies the blast swirling-flow burner's structure and its burning characteristics on the basis of the practical adjusting and testing of ZZT2-type chinese meal cooking gasring. By testing and analysing,it is showed that blast swirling-flow burner has a lot of merits,suchas intensive flame. high thermal efficiency and few CO, etc. It is perfect burner of chinese mealcooking gas ring and has better spread value.
