The Trail Test on Cooperate Governance Structure Impact to Listed Companies Failure

摘要由于委托一代理环境下利益分配和风险承担的非对称性,公司股东、债权人和管理层在面对风险和收益时的个人效用函数存在差别,因此从防止失败风险角度分析得到的有关公司治理结构意见与从提高绩效角度所得到的结论是不同的,而根据这些意见及时调整公司治理结构将有助于防止企业陷入失败的泥潭。
