昆明无毛小鼠近交系培育及其生物学特性的研究

Breeding and Biological Characterization of KM-hairless lnbred Strain Mice

目的 培育无毛小鼠近交系。方法 采用全同胞兄妹对交配 ,2 0代后用毛色基因测试、皮肤移植、生化标记基因法测定该近交系的纯度。结果 表明毛色基因测试该品系小鼠基因型为aabbccDD ;经过皮肤移植的小鼠全部存活 ;对AKP - 1等 2 5个生化标记基因的检测 ,未发现杂合型。

Objective\ Establishing KM\|hairless inbred strain by means of complete,brother\|sister inbreeding after twenty generations.Methods\ The coat color gene test,skin graft and biochemical marker gene tests were used.Results and Conclusion\ The coat color gene test showed that the strain had the geno type of aabbccDD.All mice with grafted skin survived.No heterzygote was found according to the results of the twewty\|five biochemical marker gene (including akp-1)tests.
