玻璃化冷冻是继常规冷冻方法之后发展起来的一种冷冻方法 ,它操作简单且不需要高精度的冷冻仪。玻璃化冷冻的效果与玻璃化溶液的种类、冷冻方法及胚胎的不同品种及时期有关。本文综述了近年来有关胚胎玻璃化冷冻的研究进展。

Vitrification is a simple and efficient procedure for cryopreservation of embryos, comparing with the slow cooling. It can be easily manipulated and needn't the special freezer. The result of vitrification varies with different cryopretective agents, cryopretective methods and the mouse strains and embryo stages. In this article, the author describes the research developments of the vitrification of mouse embryos.\;
