本文根据在泥沙颗粒分析实验中所遇到的问题，对水文测验业务中用置换法处理悬沙水样的计算公式进行了延伸推导。得出的修正公式对泥沙处理和其它有关行业也有一定的意义。

According to the problem met in the experiments of sediment particle analysis, this paper extends the formulae of dealing with suspended-sediment sample with displacement method after adding deflocculant in hydrometric measurement. The revised formulae are of significance both for disposal of sediment and some other relevant professions.
