摘要
长江马湖堤位于鄱阳湖出口以下的长江南岸,全长447km,保护着江西省彭泽县城,是长江干流重点堤防工程。1996年1月3日和8日,马湖堤段相继发生两起特大崩岸事件,造成重大伤亡,引起国务院、省、地、县领导的高度关注。事件发生后,有关部门对现场进行了勘测。本文根据勘测资料,分析了马湖崩岸滑体的形态特征和崩岸时马湖堤段的水文条件和地下水位状态,探讨了堤岸自然形态、水文条件和局部河势对马湖崩岸的影响。
The Mahu bank is located at the right side of the Yangtze River, about 40km downstream of the outfall of the Lake Poyang. Althouth it is only 4 47km long, it protects Pengze county Jiangxi Province from flood disasters, and has already become one of the important bank words of the Yangtze River. Unfortunately, here had happened large bank slides two times on the 3rd and 8th of January, 1996 respectively, which caused heavy disasters with more than US $6 millions of direct financial lose. They attracted strong cares of the State Council and Jiangxi local governments. Afterwards, the field investigation and measurement have been made. Based upon the investigating data, this paper analyzes the topography characters of the bank slides, the hydraulic conditions and the underground water status before the bank failure happened, the influences of the bank natural slope, local hydraulic status and local riverflow conditions on the bank failure are also discussed.
