以枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞为试验菌观察了作用时间、浓度、温度、有机物与pH对国产过氧化氢杀芽胞作用的影响。结果,10%过氧化氢溶液对该芽胞的D值为12.04分钟,n值为1.13,Q_(10)值为2.43,有机物对其杀菌效果无明显影响。药物pH值越低杀菌效果越好。
The efficacy of hydrogen peroxide solution in killing bacterial spores was studied in laboratory. The carrier quantitative method was used in the germicidal experiment and 1.0% sodium thiosulfate was selected as the neutralizer. The results indicated that 10% hydrogen peroxide solution could kill 99.9% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger (8017) spore in 50 min and kill it completely in 70 min. 25% hydrogen peroxide solution could kill the spore completely in 20 min. When 10% hydrogen peroxide solution was used to kill B. subtilis var. niger spore, the D value was found to be 12.04 min and the Q_(10) value was 2.43. The concentration coefficient (n) of hydrogen peroxide for killing the spore was 1.13. The lower the pH of the solution, the stronger the killing action on the spore. It was also demonstrated in the experiment that the sporicidal efficacy of 10% hydrogen peroxide solution did not change significantly when the content of calf serum (as organic matter) in the spore suspension increased from 5%to 20%.
