防流感气雾剂对甲3型流感病毒灭活作用的实验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICACY OF ANTI-INFLUENZA AEROSOL IN INACTIVATION OF INFLUENZA VIRUS A3

防流感气雾剂由连翘种子挥发油、薄荷提取物及乙醇组成。以鸡胚感染法证实,该气雾剂在20℃,相对湿度为20％,浓度为1.71ml/m^3条件下,经10分钟,可将载体上甲3型流感病毒灭活99.99％。将病毒悬液滴于该药液内,经10分钟,灭活率可达99.9999％。

The Anti-influenza Aerosol contains volatile oil of seeds of Forsythia suspensa, extract of Herba menthae and ethanol. Its efficacy in inactivating influenza virus A3 was observed in laboratory with chicken embryo infection test. The results indicated that 10 min after the virus suspension (5×10~8 EID_(50)/ml) was mixed with the disinfectant liquid (1:9), the inactivat- ing rate of influenza virus A3 could be as high as 99.9999%. In inactivation experiment with aerosol spray, the inactivating rate of the virus could be as high as 99.82～99.99% when the paper strip contaminated with the virus was put in a chamber sprayed with the Anti-influenza Aerosol (1.71 ml/m^3) for 10 min.
