摘要
以研制的便携式臭氧发生器产生臭氧化空气对大肠杆菌进行杀灭试验。结果表明,该发生器所形成的臭氧化空气对纺织品、玻璃表面与水中的大肠杆菌有良好的杀灭作用。
Ozonized air was produced by portable ozone generator and its efficacy in killing Escherichia coli was determined in laboratory. The result indicated that 99.23~99.99% of E. coli on cloth strip exposed for 30 min in a room with the ozone concentration of 10 mg/m^3 could be killed. In a glass chamber with ozone concentration of 15~20 mg/m^3, 92.17~100% of E. coli on the Petri dish could be killed after exposure for 5 min. Introduction of the ozone air generated into the normal saline for 5 min could kill E. coli in the saline.
