摘要
对医院用一次性使用医疗器材中环氧乙烷残留量的调查表明,超过容许标准(10ppm)者甚多。以250mg/L环氧乙烷灭菌后,经自然驱散(25℃)第7天,环氧乙烷残留量为560ppm,欲达国家规定标准,需放置30天以上。为加速环氧乙烷的驱散提出了有关改进的建议。
Investigation on residual ethylene oxide (EO) in disposable medical supplies sterilized with EO in hospitals of Yangzhou City indicated that many of them contained EO exceeding national permissible standard (10 ppm). Of the medical supplies examined, the eligible rate of syringes was 80% , that of infusion sets and transfusion sets was 31.82% and 20% respectively.It was indicated in experiment that the longer the time interval between sterilization and examination, the lower the residual EO content; the larger the dosage of EO used in sterilization, the higher the residual EO content; the longer the duration of dissipation of the disinfectant gas by natural method, the lower the residual EO content. When EO at a concentration of 250 mg / L was used to sterilize the disposable infusion set, the EO content was 560 ppm 7 days later and decreased to lower than 10 ppm only after 30 days. In order to accelerate the dissipation of residual EO , hot air blowing method was recommended.
