Culture construction and human's modernization

知识经济时代呼唤人的现代化，人的现代化包括类的现代化和个体的现代化。关心人和人的发展，是文化建设的出发点，也是其终极关怀。人类生存环境的优化，民族精神的形成与弘扬，人的综合素质的培养与提高都同文化建设息息相关；同时，人的现代化又能动地作用于文化建设。因而，必须制定和实施符合中国国情又顺应时代潮流的人的现代化文化建设发展策略。

The times of knowledge economy calls for human's modernization. Human's modernization includes class modernization and individual modernization. The concern with human and human's development is the starting point of culture construction and also the utmost solicitude of it. The optimization of human's living situation, the form and propagation of national spirit, the cultivation and improvement of human' s comprehensive quality all have close relation with human's living situation. Meanwhile, human's modernization can also dynamically acts on culture construction. Therefore, it's necessary to make and carry out the developing tactics, which not only accords with the national condition but also complies with the trend of the times.
