摘要
在实验室内合成新型饮水消毒剂四(二氯异氰尿酸)锌钾,含有效氯57%左右。初步研究表明,该消毒剂稀释液对大肠杆菌有良好杀菌效果,并具有制备方法简单,得率高,氯刺激性气味小,吸潮性低,较二氯异氰尿酸钠稳定等优点。
Mono-zinc dipotassium tetra (dichloroisocyanurate) (ZnKDCC) was synthesized in laboratory by consulting the method reported by Matzner (1966). The result of study indicated that the yield of ZnKDCC was related to the ratio of zinc to potassium with the ratio of 1:1.2 being optimal, at which a yield of higher than 90% could be obtained. The ZnKDCC synthesized is a white powder containing about 57% available chlorine and 0.5% water, with a specific gravity (G / V) of 0.67, pH 6.3 for its 1 % solution and solubility of 4.0 g / 100 ml. Its properties are virtually same as those of sodium dichloroisocyanurate except that its solubility is lower. After storage under high humidity condition for 90 days, the available chlorine decreased only by 8.13%, while that of sodium dichloroisocyanurate decreased by 58.32% under the same condition. The killing effect of ZnKDCC solution (1 mg/L available chlorine) on Escherichia coli was slightly weaker than that of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, but its efficacy was same as that of the latter when the concentration of available chlorine was increased to 4 mg / L.
