伍仁A_1液杀菌作用的研究

STUDY ON GERMICIDAL ACTION OF WU-REN A_1 SOLUTION

伍仁A_1液为由植物果实中提取的消毒剂,含有酚、醛与有机酸等。试验结果表明,该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体与大肠杆菌噬菌体有一定杀灭作用,可用于对空气、物体表面与液体的卫生消毒。

Wu-Ren A_1 solution (WR-A_1) is a liquid disinfectant extracted from plant fruits. Chromatographic analysis found that it mainly contained furfural, hydroquinone, organic acids, etc.. It is colorless, transparent and soluble in ethanol. Its specific gravity is 1.027 (10℃) and pH value is 5. It was indicated in experiment that the stock solution of WR-A_1 could kill 100% of phage T-3 of Escherichia coli, 79.03% of Serratia marcescens or 39.26% of Bacillus subtilis spore after contact for 10 min. When it was used to disinfect the hand of nurse, a bacterial reduction rate of 30～100% was obtained. WR-A_1 aerosol spraying (1.7～2.0 g/ M^3) in a room could reduce bacteria and fungi in air by 90% or so, being more effective than distilled water aerosol spraying.
