戊脉安对体外培养肿瘤细胞集落形成率及DNA合成的影响

EFFECT OF VERAPAMIL ON COLONY FORMATION AND DNA SYNTHESIS OF TUMOR CELLS IN VITRO

本文采用集落形成实验和[~3H]—TdR掺入实验的方法观察了戊脉安的体外抗肿瘤作用。结果表明,戊脉安对SGC—7901细胞和L_(1210)细胞的集落形成率及L_(1210)细胞DNA合成均有明显的抑制作用。

Effects of verapamil on L 1210 leukemia cells and human stomach adeno-carcinoma (SGC-7901) cells in vitro were studied. The results showed that verapamil inhibited the colony formation of these two cell lines. (3H)-TdR incorporation into DNA of L1210 cells indicated that DNA synthesis of L 12 o cells was also inhibited obviously by verapamil.
