摘要
对血立停进行组方研究,将榆内皮粉、榆胶粉和微晶纤维3种成分按不同比例及不同程度进行筛试及决定性对比实验。结果表明:血立停合剂对家兔颈动脉、股动脉切口出血的2min 止血率(87%～90%)优于单用榆内皮粉(42%～55%)、榆胶粉及微晶纤维(29%～50%)。经 X~2法及 Fisher 确切概率法分析,差异均有显著意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。4种批号贮藏1～16个月后,对比实验中止血率为78%～90%。提示该合剂是一种止血率高、显效快、血痂牢固、稳定性好的外用止血药。
The formula of Xieliting was established by samples composed of ulmus-bark powder,ulmus glue powder and microcrystal fibre in different proportions and different particle sizes and then they were tested for hemostaticaction on incisions of caroid and femoral artery of rabbits。Xieliting has ahemostatic rate of 87%～90% at 2 min.which is much better than those ofulmus-bark powder(42%～55%)and of a mixture of ulmus glue powder and micro-crystal fibre(29%～50%).These results suggest that Xieliting is a promising ex-ternal hemostatic with high hemostatie rare,quick effect,firm coagula and goodstability.
