先锋美他醇在女性体内动态研究

DYNAMIC STUDIES OF CEFMETAZOLE IN WOMEN

采用微生物法和高压液相色谱法测定34例妇女静脉输注1g 先锋美他醇(Cefmetazole,CMZ)后,体内血清和子宫组织浓度动态变化,用开放一室模型计算药代动力学参数,结果显示0～3h 期间血清浓度73.12～12.16μg/ml,组织中浓厦为17.7～1.4μg/g。其组织浓度与血清中浓度比值为0.28～0.1;CMZ 在血清和组织中衰减基本一致,t_(1/2)为1.0～0.83h,CMZ 在组织中保持较长时间的高浓度。给47例子宫切除术后病人使用 CMZ,观察手术后其预防感染的疗效,总有效率95.9%,并未发现严重的副作用。结果显示,CMZ 是妇科抗感染的安全、有效的药物。

After I.V.injection of 1g cefmetazole(CMZ),the dynamic changein the concentration of tissue and serum in 34 women patients were measured by bioas-say and HPLC.Their pharmacokinetic data were calculated by one-compartment openmodel.The CMZ level in serum and urine tissue were 73.12 to 12.16μg/ml and 17.7 to1.4μg/g respectively,during 0～3 h of administration and the CMZ level ratio in tissueand serum was 0.28 to 0.1.Their attenuation were basically identical.CMZ has at_(1/2) of 1.0 to 0.83 h and high tissue level can be maintained for a long time.CMZ wasgiven to 47 hysterotomy patients with an effective rate for infectious prevention of 95.9% and no remarkable side effect was observed.From the results mentioned above it canbe concluded that CMZ is a safe and effective agent against infections in gynecology.
