帝安达胶囊镇痛效果的Ⅱ,Ⅲ期临床

THE ANALGESIC EFFECT OF DI-ANTALUIC CAPSULE

观察了帝安达在62例癌症疼痛和术后疼痛患者中的镇痛效果,并分别与氨酚待因片作了随机对比研究。结果表明:帝安达胶囊的镇痛有效率(CR+PR)达74.2%,其中癌痛为70%,术后痛为78.1%。缓解时间为4～5h,不良反应率34%。疗效与氨酚待因片相近(P】0.05)。

The pain relief effects of di-antaluic capsule were observed in 62 pa-tients with post-operative and cancer pain.These Patients were also treated with an-fendeine,a preparation of codeine and paracetamol,as control.The pain relief rate ofdi-antaluric capsule are 70% for post-operative pain and 78.1% for cancer pain.Theyare similar to those of anfendeine(P>0.05).Di-antaluic capsule has a mild adversereaction and can be tolerated by most patients.
