摘要
用克拉霉素治疗30例感染性疾病患者,总有效率(痊愈+显效)为93.3%。其中3例发生了不良反应,但较轻,不需中断治疗。结果表明,该药有较好的临床应用价值。本文还结合文献复习扼要简述克拉霉素的药理学特点。
30 out-patient adults with infectious diseases such as tonsillitis,pharyngitis,respiratory tract infections,and erysipelas have been treated with clar-ithromycin with a total effective rate of 93.3% and a mild adverse reaction of 3 cases.The results showed that clarithromycin appears to be a effective agent for treatment ofinfectious diseases mentioned above.
