我国加入WTO ,标志着对外开放进入一个新的阶段。要全面增强我国经济国际竞争力 ,必须确立新理念、拓展新思路、探索新方法 ,不断推进观念创新、制度创新、科技创新和管理创新 ,而以上这一切都要求我们解放思想 ,与时俱进 。

China's WTO entry marks that China enters a new stage of opening outside world. In order to strengthen China's international economic competitive ability, we must form the new ideology, expand the new way of thinking, investigate the new method ,and continuously push forward the idea renewal. We are requested to liberate our thoughts ,to progress with the times, to carry forward the innovation of mode of thinking actively by all the author mentioned above.
