An Analysis on Realizing the New Stride of Richening People and Revitalizing Guangxi in the Rock Mountain Area

广西是我国岩溶石山面积集中、连片面积最大的省区之一。文章认为加快广西石山地区的发展 ,要以小流域为单元治理水土流失和石漠化 ;要持续高效地利用石山地区的自然资源 ;以优势农产品为重点 ,优化产业结构 ;加快农村剩余劳动力转移 ,拓展致富领域 ;

Guangxi is one of the provinces which own the concentrative and the largest area of karst and rock mountain in China. The article argues that in order to speed up the development in Guangxi karst and rock mountain area, the problems concerning soil erosion and rock desert should be tackled while the area should be divided into some units of small drainage district. The natural resources must be utilized continously and efficiently in the rock mountain area. The industrial structure must be superlative by means of laying emphasis on the advantageous agriculture products. The surplus labourers must be shifted. The rich area of rock mountain must be inlarged. State and society ought to give aid to the rock mountain area continuously.
