After establishing the reform objective to shape the socialist market economy, the Party continuously promotes the economic reform from all the various aspects. In the course of promoting the reform of the rural economic structure, the Party and the government have adopted a whole set of policies to cultivate and improve the main part of the rural market, to deepen the market system reform and to strengthen the construction of the macro-control system. These progresses lay stable foundations for the further development of the rural economy.
