摘要
皇帝引见中下级官员在清朝已形成严格定制。雍正引见官员的人数多 ,范围广 ,无法对每个人都精确判断 ,往往以自己的“先行经验”甄别引见官员。其甄别方法之一是观眼、察色、看身材等相人术 ,方法之二是以出身、地域、职业等特点来审度引见官的特质 ,方法之三是以原型人物比拟引见官。这些感性印象有其局限性 ,是理性政治的障碍。
Emperor Yongzheng selected the officers by his former experiences. He would judge an officer by implementing physiognomy; or examine his characteristic by his family background, region, and profession, etc; or contrast him with typical character. These perceptual impressions were obstacles to rational politics.
