发展知识经济要实现我国劳动者的三大转化

Realization of Three Aspects of Laborers' Conversion in the Era of Knowledge Economy

世界正在向知识经济时代迈进 ,一些先行进入知识经济的国家的劳动者已经出现了不同于以往任何时代的新特征 ,知识型劳动者成为了社会发展的中坚力量。从我国的情况来看 ,现有劳动者的实际状况远远不能满足社会发展的需要 ,因而实现由传统劳动者向新型劳动者的转化对于我国实施赶超战略至关重要。

While the world is entering the era of knowledge economy, laborers in those countries that have entered this era present some new traits different from those of any past eras. As a developing country, China is confronted with the issue how to make itself wealthy and strong by taking advantage of its own distinct superiority. Since knowledge has become the most important factor of social production in the era of knowledge economy, knowledge-type laborers are bound to become predominant in social development. This paper holds that the available laborers in China, inreality, failed to meet the need of social development. Therefore, the conversion from traditional laborers to new types of laborers isessential to China's implementation of the overtaking strategy.
