乳猪料中添加抗生素药物筛选试验

Studies on the Effects of Antibiotic Additives for Pigling

为筛选出抗腹泻、促生长效果双佳的乳猪料抗生素添加剂,试验设计了5个处理组,即杆菌肽锌组、喹乙醇组、土霉素组、喹乙醇+杆菌肽锌组、喹乙醇+土霉素组,进行了为期40天的(20～60日龄)对比观察。结果表明:土霉素在仔猪前期(20～35日龄)表现出良好的抗腹泻作用,但后期(36～60日龄)促生长作用较差;喹乙醇在前期抗腹泻作用次于土霉素,而在后期促生长作用较强,与土霉素联合应用效果较佳;杆菌肽锌抗腹泻效果较差,但促生长作用明显。仔猪全期(20～60日龄)日增重、经济效益均以杆菌肽锌组最高,喹乙醇与杆菌肽锌复合组最低。

Results of the comparison between five groups of Zinc-bacitracin, olaguiadox, terramycin, olaguiadox+Zinc-bacitracin and olaguiadox + terramycin showed that the terramycin was the best effect for the an-tidiarrhoea for the 20-35 days old pigling, but the effect of olaguiadox was the second. The effect of Zinc-bacitracin on growth rate was best.
