Cultural Sovereignty under the Situation of Globalization

文化全球化不是文化“一体化”,而是文化统一性与多样性、民族性与世界性、个性与共性的统一。文化全球化具有必然性 ,这是由经济全球化的必然性和文化自身的特点所决定的。文化全球化带来了文化的融合与冲突 ,在文化冲突中最尖锐的就是文化主权与文化霸权的斗争。中华文化要以开放、自信的态度走向世界 ,同时要以清醒的头脑、有效的措施捍卫文化主权 ,反对文化霸权。

Cultural globalization is not simply cultural 'universalization',and it can be considered as the unity of cultural univeristy with multiplicity,national characteristic with world-wide feature,difference with common aspects.Cultural globalization owns its inevitability,and it is driven by the trend of economic globalization and the charater of the culture itself.Cultural impacts and melting are being brought by cultural globalization,and the acuity among them are the struggle of cultural sovereignty with cultural hegemony.Chinese culture should take an open and confident attitude towards the world while keeping a sober idea in mind to defend cultural sovereignty and reject cultural hegemony.
