摘要
在新的历史条件下,作为一种新的学习形式,E培训不仅越来越受到人们的重视,而且对培训教育的理念、方式和文化等都将产生重要的影响。面对这种新的学习形式,作为为公共部门开发、提供人力资源的公务员培训,不但要认识它在给公务员培训教育带来的重要意义,而且要适应和接受它对传统培训和教育的挑战。不仅从技术上,更重要的是从观念上适应E培训的方式,更好地研究E培训与C培训形式的优势互补,提高公务员培训的效益和效果。
E - training has more and more become a very important way to enlarge training capacity and enhance training efficiency in the field of human resource development in the age of IT. Public servant training, a part of HRD, must catch the chance to give impetus to training cause. With E - training development it will make a revolution in the field of public servant training. But it's not that mean the E -training will replace the conventional training when we put a new IT into the training. There are strong and weak points either in the E - training or the conventional training. The right way is to integrate the E - training and the conventional training.
