摘要
The legal system of nuclear liability is an important component part of civil liability system as well as an important contnet of tort law.The paper introduces the domestic legislation of some major countries in the world as well as international legislation in the field of nuclear liability,analyzes the basic principles of the legal system of nuclear liability and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the legal system of nuclear liability in China.
