摘要
采用QF—1型电子取毒仪,分别电刺激3～27日龄的中蜂工蜂5分钟,结果3和6日龄的工蜂寿命缩短差异不显著(P>0.05);9、12、15、18日龄的工蜂寿命缩短2.75～4.59天,差异显著(P<0.05);21、24、27日龄的工蜂寿命缩短4.50～4.75天,差异极显著(P<0.01)。
The Workers, Apis cerana cerana, were stimulated by venom electric-collector QF-1 with 5 miuntes during 3-27 daxs age. The result showed that reducing workers' life-span was of no significance during3, 6days age. When the workers' life-span was reduced 2. 75-4. 59 days during 9, 12, 15, 18 days age, the difference was of significance (P<0.05). They were reduced 4.50 4.75 days during 21, 24,27 days age,the difference was very significant (P<0.01) .
