中国女工劳动保护制度与现状

The Labor Protection System of Chinese Women Workers and Its Present Conditions

本文首先定义女工劳动保护,试图划清中国女工劳动保护与生育保险的界限;然后将中国女工劳动保护制度的发展和变化分为三个阶段;本文还对中国女工劳动保护的现状进行了分析和评价,结论是:我国现行的有关女工劳动保护的法规条例基本上得到了贯彻执行,这些法规条例对企业具有约束力,但无论是国有企业还是其他各类企业,都不能完全按规定做好女工劳动保护;最后建议实行女工劳动保护费用统筹。

Thisessaystartswithdefiningwomenworkers'laborprotection,in orderto differentiatebetweenwomenwork-ers'laborprotectionandchildbirthinsurancein China,andproceedsto dividethedevelopmentandchangesof Chinese womenworkers'laborprotectionsystemintothreestages.Afteranalyzingandappraisingthepresentconditionsof Chinese womenworkers'laborprotection,theauthorholdsthatthecurrentrelatedChineselawsandregulationshavebeenbasically putintoeffect,that,althoughtheselawsandregulationsarelegallybindingon stateenterprisesandenterprisesof other types,theseenterpriseshavefailedto liveup to them.Theessayconcludeswiththeproposalthata cooperativeprogram forwomenworkers'laborprotectionfundsbe introduced.
